ORDER QUERIES

We process all orders within 24 hours of placing your order so it’s not always possible to make changes to your design or order. If for any reason your order is incorrect or you wish to change something please notify us as quickly as possible. After this time we cannot guarantee it can be changed

If you wish to change or have entered an incorrect delivery address, please send us the updated delivery address asapWe aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 days so we can’t always guarantee it can be changed  if your order has been shipped already.

Firstly we’re really sorry to hear your missing something from your order

Before contacting us please check your packing slip to confirm the items in the shipment. Orders sometimes may have multiple shipments, and items will ship as they are available/printed.

If something is missing please email our customer team at hello@supersocks.co.uk or use the contact form and we’ll do our best to ensure you have your missing item sent immediately

We only accept the highest quality standards so we’re sorry to hear your not happy. Customer satisfaction is our top priority so please get in touch with one of our team and we’ll be more than happy to assist in rectifying any problems you may have

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please email us immediately. We aim to print and process your order with 24hrs so if your item has shipped already, you’ll have to email a return request

Once you place an order you should receive an email confirmation with your order details. This can sometimes land in your spam folder so please check before contacting us

If you cant locate the email, drop us an email and we’ll resend your order confirmation

DELIVERY

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse you’ll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have an account you can also login here to see if your order has been fulfilled.

Next day delivery is available on all orders if placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

Please note at busy times this may not be available and is for UK orders only

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with its original packaging.

If you’ve been sent the incorrect order or any mistakes have been made on our behalf we’ll resolve this by sending you a new order out immediately  

We also do not accept responsibility for any spelling errors, incorrect names or poor quality photos uploaded.

No, all our orders are sent in fancy but unbranded packaging so your gift giving experience is never ruined

We offer a range of gift wrap and gift box options. These can be added when checking out

PAYMENTS & PROMOTIONS

We accept all major credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Switch/Maestro, American Express and Solo. We also accept Apple Pay and PayPal.

We offer discounts on bulk orders over 10+ items. You can also sign up to our newsletter for the latest offers

Discounts are not able to be used in addition to promotions.

If you want to apply a discount code to your order, you can do so by entering it in the little box in the payment section at checkout. Please make sure that there are no additional spaces before or after.

Once you've entered the code, click on Apply and the code will be added to your order. You'll see the discount value and the total of your order will change to reflect the code.

If your code isn't working, please check the below:

• Discount codes are only applicable on regular priced products and not on already discounted ones.

• They can not be combined with other offers and will not apply on Limited/Special Editions.

• You can only use one discount code per order.

• Each discount code will have specific terms and conditions.

• When you receive a code, make sure to check as some may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiry date. You will find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code (i.e. in the email or on our website).

What is Klarna?
Klarna is a payment provider for the UK, US and some European countries. It allows you to order different sizes, items, and only pay for what you love.
